Privacy policy

What data we process and why
- When you create the account: your email and your agency name, to open it and send you the link to choose your password.
- With an account: your email, your password (we only store its encrypted hash, never the password itself), the stores you monitor, the alert channels you set up and your open sessions, to provide the service and send you alerts.
- On the Agency waitlist: your email, to let you know when that plan can be bought.
We do not send advertising or marketing communications.
Legal basis
When you create the account and while you have it, the performance of the service contract (article 6.1.b of the GDPR). On the waitlist, the consent you give by signing up (article 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
How long
Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted with it, except for what the law requires us to keep. A waitlist email is deleted after we let you know.
Who else sees it
The data is hosted on our own servers in Spain. To send emails we use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), and website traffic goes through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), as processors and with the safeguards the GDPR requires for international transfers. The channels you set up (Slack, Telegram, Discord, Teams or a webhook) receive alerts because you decide so.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to esvigiwolf@gmail.com. If you feel your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority of your country.
Cookies
We only use three, all of them technical: sesion, to keep you logged in (30 days), flash, to show the result of an action (one minute), and idioma, to remember which language you want the site in (one year). There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so no consent is needed.
